Tuition & Financial Aid
APPLICATION FEE (First-time BCA students only): $150 per student
The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is due at the time the enrollment application is submitted. This fee holds the student’s place for the school year and covers the cost of entrance testing and other administrative fees.
REGISTRATION FEES: $150 per student / $300 per family with multiple children
The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is due at the time the enrollment application is submitted. This fee covers the cost of establishing and maintaining permanent records.
MATRICULATION FEES: $500 per student
The matriculation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is due by September 1, 2026. It helps cover the cost of insurance, building & maintenance fees, student activities & resources, teacher curriculum & resources, paper usage, printing, etc.
BOOK FEES: Pre K – Grade 12 $300 per student

Pre K – Grade 3 $8,000 per year or $800 per month for 10 months
Grades 4 – 12 $7,500 per year or $750 per month for 10 months
NON-MEMBERS of Immanuel Baptist Church
Pre K – Grade 3 $9,000 per year or $900 per month for 10 months
Grades 4 – 12 $8,500 per year or $850 per month for 10 months
Multi-Student Discount: -$250 per student per year
Military Discount: -$250 per student per year
GRADUATION FEES
Kindergarten $50 per student
Senior $150 per student
STANDARDIZED TESTING FEES (Grades 1-11): $100 per student
Student Sponsorship Forms are available to help obtain corporate or individual sponsorships to cover any tuition/fees above what is covered by Step Up for Students scholarships.
*Tuition is assessed per quarter. If a child is withdrawn or dismissed, parents will be responsible for the balance of the tuition assessed through the end of the current quarter. Records will not be released until all checks have cleared the bank and/or all accounts are paid in full.

UNIFORM FEES: $300 per year on average
FIELD TRIP FEES: $300 per year on average
SPORTS FEES: $250 per sport
PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS: $500 per year or $50 per month for 10 months (Guaranteed 28 lessons per school year)
BAND FEES: $100 per year (Due September 1)
EXTENDED CARE FEES: $5 per half hour after 3:15 PM
